Abstract

This EIP introduces the following three EVM instructions: ORIGINDATALOAD, ORIGINDATASIZE, and ORIGINDATACOPY. These three instructions are meant to provide access to the original transaction's data payload, enabling a gas-efficient way of accessing large data payloads in cross-contract calls.
