Abstract
Add two opcodes, NONREENTRANT and REENTRANT, which set and clear a contract's reentrancy status. After invoking NONREENTRANT, a contract cannot be CALLed (or STATICCALLed, or DELEGATECALLed) until REENTRANT is invoked.
