Abstract
This EIP: - Creates a unified registry & standardized interface for introducing additional signature algorithms for the use of deriving account addresses. - Introduces a precompile at address SIGRECOVER_PRECOMPILE_ADDRESS for decoding these newly introduced algorithms.
