Abstract

This EIP extends EIP-8141 with a new frame mode that enables EVM-level aggregation of cryptographic signatures and STARK (Scalable Transparent ARguments of Knowledge) proofs. The scheme allows transactions to carry lightweight dependencies — (scheme, data_hash, verification_key_hash) triples — which are aggregated off-chain into a single recursive STARK.
