Abstract
This EIP enshrines two types of blobs into the protocol, namely Ahead-Of-Time (AOT) and Just-In-Time (JIT) blobs. In practice these exist today already. However, enshrining them in the way we do, has major benefits vis-a-vis performance and security guarantees.
